Common questions
How does the Solo add-on artist work?+
Solo includes one artist. You can add up to two more at $5.5/month each. Every add-on brings another artist slot and 15 GB of extra Vault storage. Need more than three? Pro covers ten artists.
What is a 'seat'?+
A seat is a separate user account that can log in to your subscription. Solo includes 1 seat (you). Pro includes 3, Agency 10, Enterprise 30 and Enterprise Max 50.
How does the AI assistant budget work?+
Every paid plan includes a monthly Roster AI budget: roughly 185 turns on Solo, 270 on Pro and 625 on Agency. We tell you at 80% of the limit, and at 100% the assistant keeps working in efficient mode while background jobs continue. You can top up ($5 for ~125 turns) or upgrade. It is never a hard cut-off.
What happens if my Vault fills up?+
Nothing is ever deleted. New uploads pause until you free space, add a 50 GB storage block for $3/month, or upgrade. Everything already stored stays fully accessible.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately: your new plan starts the moment payment clears. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and anything over your new limits becomes read-only, never deleted.
How do Enterprise and Enterprise Max work?+
Enterprise is $789/month for 100 artists and 30 team seats, with a named account manager, a 4-business-hour initial support response, guided onboarding and invoice billing. Enterprise Max covers 300 artists and 50 team seats with the same service and is priced by quote; white labelling and customisation are quoted on top. Talk to us to get started.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of Solo-level access: one artist, every module unlocked, the AI assistant and 20 GB of Vault storage with media uploads. After the trial you keep the Free plan (Learn, two tools, 2 GB documents-only Vault), and anything over the Free limits stays safe and viewable.
What currencies and payment methods are supported?+
We show prices in US dollar (USD) based on where you are. Payments are processed in South African rand (ZAR) via Paystack, and your bank converts at its own rate. Paystack supports cards, bank transfers and mobile money across 30+ African countries.
