Common questions
How does the Solo add-on artist work?+
Solo includes one artist. You can add up to two more at R99/month each - every add-on brings another artist slot and 15 GB of extra Vault storage. Need more than three? Pro covers ten artists.
What is a 'seat'?+
A seat is a separate user account that can log in to your subscription. Solo includes 1 seat (you). Pro includes 3, Agency 10, and Enterprise starts at 30.
How does the AI assistant budget work?+
Every paid plan includes a monthly Roster AI budget - roughly 185 turns on Solo, 270 on Pro, 625 on Agency. When you're near the limit we tell you at 80%, and at 100% the assistant keeps working in efficient mode while background jobs continue. You can top up (R85 for ~125 turns) or upgrade - it's never a hard cut-off.
What happens if my Vault fills up?+
Nothing is ever deleted. New uploads pause until you free space, add a 50 GB storage block for R50/month, or upgrade. Everything already stored stays fully accessible.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately - your new plan starts the moment payment clears. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and anything over your new limits becomes read-only, never deleted.
How does Enterprise pricing work?+
Enterprise starts from R5,699/month for 100 artists, 30 seats and 1.5 TB of Vault storage, and is priced by quote for your roster - talk to us and we'll shape it around your catalogue, team and markets. Invoice billing is available.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes - every new account gets 14 days of Solo-level access: one artist, every module unlocked, the AI assistant and 20 GB of Vault storage with media uploads. After the trial you keep the Free plan (Learn, two tools, 2 GB documents-only Vault) - anything over the Free limits stays safe and viewable.
What currencies and payment methods are supported?+
Payments are processed in ZAR via Paystack, and all displayed prices include 15% South African VAT. Paystack supports card payments, bank transfers, and mobile money (MTN MoMo, M-Pesa, Airtel Money) across South Africa and 30+ African countries.
